Hi, I'm Paulina - The girl behind Leaf & Tide Studio.

Growing up in Hawaii, some of my favorite memories were spent exploring tide pools, snorkeling over coral reefs, and wondering about all the incredible fish swimming below the surface. Those experiences sparked a lifelong appreciation for the unique marine life that makes these islands so special.

I created these playing cards as a way to share that wonder with others. Each deck combines watercolor illustrations with the English and Hawaiian names of every species, transforming a familiar deck of cards into something that's both beautiful and educational.

Whether you're a visitor hoping to remember your time in Hawaii, a local who loves the ocean, or simply someone who appreciates nature and art, I hope these cards inspire you to look a little closer at the world beneath the waves.
