Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We ship from Hawaii via USPS. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before they ship out.
- Hawaii addresses: Free shipping
- Rest of the US: Flat rate of $7, arrives in 3–7 business days
- International: Flat rate of $22, arrives in 2–4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing
- Order tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Please note: customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties on international orders.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your deck. If something's not right, here's how it works:
- Return window: You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Condition: The deck must be unopened and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- How to start a return: Email us at leafandtidestudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll send you instructions from there.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Who pays return shipping: You cover return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective (see below).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your deck arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong item, contact us at leafandtidestudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
